Conte: Juve deserved better against Lazio

Juventus manager Antonio Conte believed his side didn't deserve to lose their Coppa Italia semi-final tie to Lazio.
The Serie A defending champions were outdone by Lazio substitute Sergio Floccari's header during added time, losing the second-leg of their semi-final tie 2-1.
With the first leg finishing in a 1-1 draw last week, the Biancocelesti advanced to the finals set to be held on April 17.
Speaking to the Juventus official website after the game, Conte was gracious in defeat but expressed his disappointment at bowing out of the Coppa Italia.
"We certainly deserved better over the 180 minutes, but Lazio went through and congratulations to them," he stated.
Bianconeri midfielder Arturo Vidal came close to sending the tie into extra time after shaking off his marker to create the game's final chance. However, the Chilean could do no better than to rifle his shot into the side-netting, a miss his manager considered very costly.
"The last chance had a decisive bearing, because we would have qualified had it gone differently," Conte said.
"The lads played an excellent game, but that’s football and we can only take note of it."
Juventus will contest a Serie A fixture against Chievo on Sunday.
