Marseille chasing West Ham striker as Remy replacement

Marseille are desperate to find a replacement for new QPR man Loic Remy - and they have set their sights on West Ham striker Modibo Maiga.
Remy, the France international, joined the Premier League's basement club earlier this week for a reported fee of £8m.
The French club are now on the lookout for a new forward and have targeted Maiga, who is
currently away on Africa Cup of Nations duty with the Mali national team.
The 25-year-old moved to Upton Park after notching 24 league goals over the course of two seasons for Sochaux, but he has failed to settle in east London.
His four goals make him West Ham's joint-second top scorer in all competitions this term, but he's managed just two Premier League starts.
His stock remains high in France however, and Marseille are eager to bring him back to Ligue 1.
