Roo tribute to Coleen’s tragic sister

WAYNE ROONEY looked to the heavens in memory of wife Coleen’s sister after his FA Cup third-round replay winner.
Rosie McLoughlin, who had Rett syndrome, died aged 14 on January 5.
And she was at the forefront of the Manchester United striker’s mind when he netted on nine minutes.
But Rooney later left his boss Alex Ferguson fuming as he blazed a late penalty over — the 10th spot-kick he has missed out of 27 for United.
The Red Devils have missed more pens than they have scored this season and Fergie groaned: “We have to improve.
“Rickie Lambert at Southampton has scored 33 out of 33. That’s what penalty taking is all about.
“Penalties are to take advantage of whether it’s a handball or a foul — and score a goal.”
West Ham boss Sam Allardyce let rip at ref Phil Dowd after he missed a Hammers penalty claim for a Rafael handball, only to later award United a spot-kick for a similar offence from Jordan Spence.
Big Sam moaned: “There was no doubt whatsoever about the difference between Rafael’s handball and Jordan’s.
“Jordan Spence plays for West Ham away against Manchester United and Rafael plays at home at Old Trafford.”
United’s win secured a fourth-round tie at home to Fulham on Saturday week.
