Wenger: Manchester City have not improved

ARSENE WENGER says Manchester City have not improved at all since last season.
The champions are seven points behind leaders United.
And Arsenal boss Wenger, who faces City today, insisted: “They are not necessarily stronger than last season. That’s mainly because they were so strong last year.
“The championship is not over, so let’s judge teams at the end of the season.
"Of course in the Champions League it is finished for them but in the Premier League we’ll see at the end of the season. It is far from over.”
Roberto Mancini’s City flopped in the Champions League at the group stage for the second year on the trot.
And the Etihad outfit could fall 10 points behind leaders Manchester United if they lose in London this afternoon and the leaders beat Liverpool in the early kick-off.
