Morton will aim to build on Wednesday's win over leaders Partick Thistle by defeating fellow promotion-chasers Dunfermline at Cappielow.

They will be without David Graham, who suffered a hamstring injury at Firhill.

The Greenock side could also be missing Willie Dyer due to a calf problem, with Steven Stirling remaining on the sidelines as he continues to recover from a broken leg.

Manager Allan Moore said: "It was great to win at Partick but I am conscious that we were overrun in the first half so there is still plenty of work to be done.

"Dunfermline will be looking to hit back after losing to a late goal against Falkirk so we need to put in a consistent 90-minute performance to ensure we pick up another win."

Dunfermline have Callum Morris available after a two-game ban.

Not such good news for the East End Park side, who have only picked up one point in their last three league games, is that Jordan McMillan is missing as he starts a two-game suspension following his dismissal in the 1-0 defeat from Falkirk in midweek.

Assistant manager Gerry McCabe said: "This game is a huge one as we will both be looking for a win whereas Partick Thistle will be hoping that we cancel each other out.

"The players were great against Falkirk and we could have won it despite Jordan's sending off so we are travelling to Cappielow in good spirit."
