Demba Ba snubs £80,000-a-week offer to join up with QPR

DEMBA BA has snubbed an £80,000-a-week offer from QPR.
The Toon striker turned down the Premier League strugglers — knowing Arsenal, Liverpool and Spurs are queuing up to grab him in the January transfer window.
They know Ba has a get-out clause in his contract that allows him to open negotiations with any club which bids £7.5million or more.
Newcastle appear resigned to losing the 27-year-old, who is Newcastle’s top scorer this season with 11 goals. They are already hunting for a top-quality replacement.
Talks have been going on with Ba for months but he has turned down all the Toon proposals.
Newcastle boss Alan Pardew has been looking at Marseille striker Loic Remy to fill Ba’s boots.
