Bologna vs Atalanta preview - Colantuono wary of Bologna threat

Atalanta coach Stefano Colantuono is expecting a battle similar to the one his side lost against Genoa last weekend as they face another side struggling at the bottom of the table.
The Nerazzurri travel to the Dall'Ara to face Bologna having already had a taste of how dangerous teams from inside the bottom three can be after going down 1-0 at home to another Rossoblu last weekend.
Colantuono would therefore be happy if his side can come away unbeaten from a perilous trip.
"Bologna have done big things at home in recent weeks and I have seen them play and I believe that they are in top form," he said.
"They are compact and their defeat to Sampdoria in their last game was an unfair one.
"If we draw against them, I would not turn my nose up. They have very dangerous players like (Alessandro) Diamanti, but we want to give it a go.
"It's certainly a game that I fear particularly."
Atalanta have already bounced back from their defeat to Genoa by defeating Cesena in the Coppa Italia in midweek.
However, that game has upset their preparations for Sunday's trip down the A1.
"Our cup game means we have not really been able to prepare anything tactically," said Colantuono at a press conference.
Bologna were also involved in the cup this week, even if little over 700 fans witnessed their 1-0 victory over Livorno.
That win was a psychological boost, but now they need points in the league.
"We are all focused on the Atalanta game," said midfielder Saphir Taider.
"We know how tough it's going to be. We need points and we want them starting on Sunday."
