SAO PAULO (AP) -- FIFA says ''there is plenty of work to do'' for Brazil to be ready to successfully host next year's Confederations Cup and the 2014 World Cup.
FIFA Secretary General Jerome Valcke says in the end, ''we will have what we need to organize the World Cup in the best environment'' possible.
Valcke said 2013 will be ''a key'' year with Brazil hosting the Confederations Cup in June.
Brazil Sports Minister Aldo Rebelo said the government knows ''there is a lot of work ahead,'' but is making its best efforts to make sure the challenges are overcome.
