U.S. international striker Terrence Boyd continued his fast start to life in Austria, scoring Rapid Vienna's third goal in the 38th minute of a 3-0 win over Mattersburg.
The 21-year-old applied an easy finish to a great team goal for his seventh of the Austrian Bundesliga campaign and 10th in all competitions. He is the team's leading goalscorer in league play.
In the 50th minute, Boyd picked up a yellow card, meaning he will miss Rapid's next game due to card accumulation.
Boyd moved up to fifth in the league goalscoring chart with the goal, continuing a fine start to his career in Austria, after moving from Borussia Dortmund in the offseason.
