Kevin Motion struck his first goal of the season as Forfar bounced back from three successive League defeats with a 3-2 win over Stenhousemuir at Station Park.
Gavin Swankie fired a first-half brace to put the Loons in control but Ross McMillan and Andy Rogers pegged them back before Motion's winner 16 minutes from time.
The home side edged ahead in the fifth minute when Swankie connected with James Craigen's free-kick to find the bottom right-hand corner from 18 yards before the midfielder poked in his second from Mark McCulloch's cross.
McMillan smashed the ball into the roof of the net to halve the deficit 15 minutes before the break and Rodgers levelled it up with a powerfully struck penalty after he was felled by David Scott.
Midfielder Motion found the top right-hand corner from 12 yards to restore the hosts' lead and extend the Warriors' winless league run to four games.
