Didier Drogba wants Wilfried Zaha to play for Ivory Coast

WILFRIED ZAHA has been the subject of a shock approach from ex-Chelsea striker Didier Drogba.
The Ivory Coast hope to persuade the Crystal Palace sensation to walk away from England and play for the country of his birth.
Elephants captain Drogba, now starring for Shenhua Shanghai, made the call from China in a last-ditch bid to beg Zaha to ditch the Three Lions.
Zaha, 19, is one of the hottest properties in English football and is a target for Spurs, Arsenal and Manchester City.
He has played five times for England Under-21s this year but qualifies to play for the Ivory Coast as he was born there before his parents moved to London.
Drogba made the call this week but it appears to have failed as Zaha is determined to make his mark for the England senior side.
