Deportivo La Coruna vs Mallorca preview - Pablo urges Depor to make pressure count

Deportivo defender Manuel Pablo believes his side have to start turning their dominance of the ball into chances and goals if they are to escape the relegation zone this weekend.
The 37-year-old veteran scored only his third goal in a 14-year career with the Galicians in the 1-1 draw with Mallorca in the Copa del Rey on Thursday night and he is now looking for a first league win since the opening day of the season against the same opponents on Sunday.
He told Marca: "It is not a final like some people would like to interpret it, but we are in need of the points and it is clear that if we don't win that need will be even greater.
"They want to plan a game like the one the other night to stop their run of defeats and we have to be calm because we are not going to finish the game in 10 minutes.
"At the moment we need to be more productive because I think we are dominating a lot but we don't create the chances from this domination.
"At least we have returned to being competitive in the last couple of matches and now we need to be more determined in the final third."
Depor will once again be without the injured Abel Aguilar so Juan Dominguez will keep his place in the side, whilst Jose Luis Oltra must decide whether to retain Pablo at right-back or recall Laure who has played more regularly in the league of late.
Mallorca, meanwhile, continue to have their injury problems with Ximo Navarro becoming the latest player to be sidelined, joining Joao Victor, Jose Nunes, Antonio Lopez and Javi Marquez.
Ximo's absence is likely to mean a return to right-back for Emilio Nsue, whilst Tomas Pina is expected to come back into the side after being surprisingly dropped for the 5-0 defeat to Real Madrid last weekend.
