The Rossoneri CEO says that he is responsible for putting his players on extra practice duty after the away loss against the Biancocelesti on Saturday
Adriano Galliani has sent the AC Milan squad on a training retreat, after the Giuseppe Meazza outfit suffered a 3-2 reverse against Lazio at the weekend.
The 68-year-old entrepreneur has given all of the Rossoneri players additional preparation to do before their next match, following their fifth defeat in eight league games.
The match against Vladimir Petkovic's men was seen as a chance for Milan to climb the Serie A table. However, the 3-2 loss means the Diavolo sit in lowly 15th position in the Serie A table, with a paltry seven points.
“I assume the responsibility for this action,” Galliani told reporters. “I do not know whether this measure will help.
“However, in the meantime, all of the players will be able to think about what is happening right now,” he concluded.
Milan are currently preparing to travel to Malaga for their next Champions League fixture. The clash takes place on Wednesday, at 20.45CET.
