Sir Alex Ferguson slams Rio Ferdinand after Kick It Out t-shirt snub

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has criticized defender Rio Ferdinand after the defender did not wear a Kick It Out t-shirt during his side's prematch warmup ahead of its game against Stoke at Old Trafford.
Ahead of the match the United boss had questioned Jason Roberts after the Reading striker said he would not wear the t-shirt in protest at what he feels is the lack of progress in the fight against racism.
And Ferdinand now appears to have followed Roberts’ lead, causing Sir Alex to claim his player's actions have embarrassed him and that action will be taken.
“I’m disappointed because at the press conference yesterday I said to press [that my players would wear the shirts] and it’s embarrassing to me. But he’ll be dealt with, don’t worry about that," Ferguson told reporters.
