Hamilton are without strikers Kieran Miller and Jon McShane as they entertain Livingston.

The pair are both struggling with knee injuries as Accies look to build upon their first league win of the season at Airdrie last time out.

Manager Billy Reid said: "We have got a monkey off our back by getting that win and we did it in style with a 4-0 success. Hopefully we can now start winning our home games, starting against Livingston. They are a good footballing side and we like to think we are so it should be a good contest.

"If we can get a positive result from this game and the same again at home next week against Raith then our season will start having a much more positive feel to it."

Livingston's long-term absentees Kyle Jacobs and Liam Fox both played in friendly matches during the international break and could make their long-awaited returns.

The Lions camp has also been boosted ahead of the clash by Stefan Scougall's inclusion in Scotland's Under-21 team.

First-team coach Gareth Evans said: "Stefan being picked by Scotland has confirmed to our players that if you are playing well good things can happen. There will be a lot of young talent on show in this game and perhaps people should be looking more at what both of these clubs are doing.

"We have taken four points out of the last six and we want to build on that with a win at New Douglas Park."

Jason Talbot remains sidelined for the encounter.
