DESPERATE DAN ... Sturridge wants first-team football
LIVERPOOL would be interested in landing Daniel Sturridge only if they could take him on an initial loan period in January.
Chelsea are willing to sell the £15million-rated frontman, 23, and the player is desperate for first-team football.
Kop boss Brendan Rodgers needs a striker after Fabio Borini broke a metatarsal last week.
But Rodgers does not want to commit to such a big signing without making sure Sturridge fits his side’s style of play.
