Falkirk will entertain in-form Dunfermline without midfielders Jay Fulton and Craig Sibbald.

Fulton is sidelined with a knee problem and Sibbald has a hip injury.

Manager Steven Pressley will make changes after the 1-1 draw with Cowdenbeath last Saturday as the Bairns look for their first home league win of the season.

Technical Director Alex Smith said: "Despite our slow start to the season I am sure our fans will back us in a fantastic manner in this game.

"Hopefully that will see our players put on a performance the fans can be proud of.

"It would be great to get the win that kick-starts our season."

Midfielder Chris Kane is Dunfermline's only absentee as they make the short journey over the Kincardine Bridge

Assistant manager Gerry McCabe admits the second-placed Pars will need to dig deep against a Falkirk side yet to hit top form this season.

McCabe said: "This is a derby game where form and league placings go out of the window so we cannot just turn up and expect to win.

"We have been playing well and if we play like we can it will take a good team to beat us.

"Falkirk have a good squad and things will click together for them and we have to ensure we do not allow that to happen against us."
