THIS is the moment Iranian footballer Adel Kolahkaj narrowly avoided serious injury when he cleared rubbish from the pitch.
The Sepahan FC midfielder innocently picked up the debris and tossed it aside during his side’s match with UAE outfit Al-Ahli.
But seconds later it exploded in dramatic fashion, causing a 10-minute delay to the Asian Football Confederation Champions League.
