Manchester United to reveal the full cost of Champs League exit
CHUMPIONS LEAGUE ... Alex Ferguson after last year's Euro exit

MANCHESTER UNITED will today reveal the full cost of last season’s Champions League disaster.

Results for 2011/2 will show a fall in TV income after the club took £15m less from the UEFA pot compared to when they reached the 2011 final.

Matchday revenue is also likely to have fallen.

But commercial revenue will have increased after the £10m-a-year training kit sponsorship with DHL.

The £12m signing of Shinji Kagawa will be included but later deals for Robin van Persie and Alexander Buttner will not.

United showed an income of £334.1m in 2010/1 and an operating profit of £110.9m.
