Arbroath player-boss Paul Sheerin must choose between goalkeepers Tony Bullock and Scott Morrison for the home game with East Fife.

Morrison kept a clean sheet against Stenhousemuir on his debut last week, while Bullock is available again following suspension. Darren Hill is still out with a broken arm.

Sheerin, who has no other new injury or suspension problems, is looking to get back to winning ways in the league following last weekend's success in the Ramsdens Cup.

Sheerin said: "Our last league game was the 6-0 defeat by Queen of the South so it was great to have the cup game last weekend rather than having to think about that for a fortnight.

"While the defeat at Dumfries was disappointing our home form has been good and we want to keep that going."

East Fife have added former Motherwell midfielder Jamie Pollok to their squad ahead of the trip.

Assistant boss Gordon Chisholm will take charge of the Fifers due to manager Gordon Durie's illness.

Chisholm has a full-strength squad to pick from and is hopeful that will lead to his side's first league success of the season.

"Injuries have affected us, but things have settled down this week," said Chisholm. "We'll need everyone fit and on the top of their game as Arbroath is a difficult venue. Their squad is full of experienced players.

"We're disappointed that Gordon will not be with us for the next few weeks, but hopefully when he comes back we'll have some wins under our belt."
