Exit talk not Fab

FABIO CAPELLO has shunned talk about his England exit ahead of his first competitive match as Russia boss.

The Italian coach resigned in February after the FA axed John Terry as captain.

Capello’s new side take on Northern Ireland in Moscow today in their first Group F World Cup qualifier.

Asked about his England departure, Capello said: “I left England, but you know why. Because of respect. Only this.

“It’s finished. No more questions about England.”

Capello has left out Andrey Arshavin and Pavel Pogrebnyak as well as ex-Spurs striker Roman Pavlyuchenko — but now only has two strikers.
