Martinez: Moses' Chelsea switch still no closer to completion

Roberto Martinez insists Victor Moses’ reported transfer to Chelsea is still some way from happening.
Moses has been linked with a switch to Stamford Bridge but shrugged off speculation about his future to take to the field against the side he could be moving to.
He couldn’t help Wigan avoid a 2-0 defeat, but showed glimpses of the form that has attracted Chelsea’s interest.
Martinez, though, is still adamant that the former Crystal Palace star’s valuation hasn’t been yet, and he is not desperate to offload him.
“Nobody can say that [Moses will stay with Wigan],” the Wigan boss said. “Every player has his valuation, from Cristiano Ronaldo to Moses – everyone has a valuation.
“If someone matches that valuation then you need to have a decision but until that happens [it is business as normal].
“That hasn’t been an issue in the last ten days. In the last ten days we have had real normality with that situation and I hope that that doesn’t change because Victor is a top player.”
