Juventus 'eye Salomon Rondon as Robin van Persie saga drags on'

The Serie A champions had made no secret of their desire to make Van Persie their big signing of the summer transfer window.
However, a combination of Arsenal's £25 million asking price and the Dutchman's indecision about his future means there is no sign of the deal being completed.
Juventus have apparently told the 28-year-old's agent they will end their interest if the transfer is not finalised by the middle of next week, and have already pinpointed some other targets.
Reports in Italy suggest Venezuela international Rondon is top of their list of alternatives.
