Dortmund can be an example for AC Milan

Urby Emanuelson feels that AC Milan should adopt Borussia Dortmund's club set-up following the departure of key players Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva to Paris Saint-Germain this summer.
BVB have returned to the top of German football in recent years by relying on promising youngsters rather than seasoned stars, and Emanuelson, 26, believes a similar strategy should be adopted by the Rossoneri.
"You can see that wages are starting to become an issue in Italy. The fans are obviously nervous following the recent departures, but I know that the club is working hard to find replacements," Emanuelson stated to Goal.com.
"Perhaps Borussia Dortmund can be an example. We have a number of talented youngsters now, and play with a lot movement and dynamism.
"There's a completely different atmosphere in the team. The big stars have left, and I'm not just talking about Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva, but also about Clarence Seedorf and Gennaro Gattuso. We have a young team that's really growing together."
The versatile midfielder then went on to express his ambition to secure an automatic berth in the first team this season.
"I have the chance to become a regular starter this season. It's my second full season here and people expect more from me. This is my chance and I'm ready to grab it."
Emanuelson joined Milan from Ajax in January 2011, and made 38 appearances in all competitions last term.
