Juventus ready to swoop for Lucio

Lucio could continue his playing career in Serie A as Juventus are ready to make a move for the former Inter defender, Goal.com understands.
The Brazilian centre-back's ongoing contract with the Nerazzurri was terminated by mutual consent on Friday after he told the club that he needed a new challenge.
It was initially rumoured that a clause preventing Lucio from joining another Italian side had been included in the rescission agreement, but there is no such condition in the termination.
Lucio is therefore free to join another Serie A side, and Juventus general director Giuseppe Marotta is lining up a move for the 34-year-old defender.
The Bianconeri are desperate to add some experience to their defence as they prepare for their return to the Champions League in the upcoming season, and they see Lucio as a valuable addition to their back line.
The towering defender has also been linked with Fenerbahce and Malaga, but Juventus are now believed to be sitting in pole position to sign the former Bayern Munich man.
