Injury concern for Italy as Giovinco ruled out of action for 10 days

Italy have been given some cause for concern after forward Sebastian Giovinco was ruled out action for 10 days through injury.
The diminutive Parma attacker, who is considered a near-certainty to be included in coach Cesare Prandelli's squad for Euro 2012, has suffered a first degree knee sprain.
Meanwhile, scans have revealed that midfielder Daniele De Rossi has a displaced fracture on his index finger on his right hand.
The problem is not expected to affect the Roma man's participation in training but the possibility of surgery is now being discussed.
The Azzurri, who have been drawn in the same group as Spain, Republic of Ireland and Croatia at the Euros, are already sweating on the availability of Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini, who limped out of Juventus' 3-1 win over Atalanta on Sunday.
Prandelli is set to confirm his final squad selection on May 25.
