I have a say

Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has pledged his future to the club by saying that he wants to win seven trophies in just four years.

City hosts QPR on Sunday knowing that a win would crown them Premier League champions for the first time since 1968. The Italian wants to make his side the new power in England and is keen to better his successful period at Inter.

"Winning this title would be my best ever. The players will have changed history," Mancini told reporters. "I won Inter their first title for 20 years. We began with the Italian Cup, then we continued for four years — seven trophies.

"Could I repeat that here? I hope so — and maybe we can do better.

"This championship is the most difficult, so if we win it would be the very best for me, too.

"But I say 'if' we win because we still have another game. To fight with United is not easy because they have won for 20 years."
