AC Milan midfielder Clarence Seedorf has confirmed that he will make his final appearance for the club in Sunday's Serie A clash with Novara.
The former Netherlands international is out of contract this summer and is expected to move to Brazil to link up with Botafogo.
Seedorf insists that his future remains up in the air, but did admit that he will be parting company with Milan after Sunday's game at San Siro.
“It will be my last game in a Rossoneri jersey," the Dutchman told Sky Sport Italia. "But I will continue playing football. Will I go to Brazil? I haven’t decided yet.”
Seedorf, who joined Milan from city rivals Inter in 2002, has claimed two Scudetti, two Champions Leagues, one Coppa Italia and one Club World Cup during his time with the club.
