AC Milan continue their pursuit of Juventus with a trip to Siena on Sunday as the battle at the top of the Serie A table reaches a head.
Juve stayed three points ahead of their rivals as both teams recorded 1-0 victories on Wednesday, the Turin club over Cesena and Milan against Genoa.
Both clubs have four matches left although Milan's look tougher on paper, particularly the derby clash with Inter next weekend.
Defender Mario Yepes said: "We have to play every game for the club, for ourselves and for the coach. We wear this jersey and we have to honour it.
"We'll try to win all the games left and then if Juve are still ahead, so be it. We have to focus on winning. The important thing is to stay calm and try to win all the matches left, then we'll see."
Antonio Cassano has been a key figure for Milan since his return following a heart problem and the forward was praised this week by Italy coach Cesare Prandelli as he prepares to pick his squad for the European Championships.
Yepes added: "I'm happy for Cassano because I know it's important for him to do well in these games to get to the European Championships.
"It's not been an easy six months for him. Credit to him, he's great player and he continues to make the difference."
Four points from games against Genoa and Bologna all but secured Serie A status for Siena in their first season back in the top flight, which was timely given they close the campaign with matches against Milan, Lazio, Parma and Napoli.
Coach Giuseppe Sannino said: "In these last matches we face great opponents and we can also think of giving some satisfaction to our fans."
Milan are likely to be without Alexandre Pato and Filippo Inzaghi, while Emanuele Calaio is a doubt for Siena but Mattia Destro and Franco Brienza have recovered from injuries.
