Granada CF vs Getafe preview - Siqueira keeps it in perspective

The threat of relegation hangs heavy over fourth-bottom Granada heading into Sunday's match with Getafe but defender Guilherme Siqueira insists he would still have snapped up their current situation if it had been offered at the start of the season.
Granada, having won promotion to the top flight for the first time in 35 years last summer, are battling hard to avoid an immediate return to the Segunda Division but suffered a setback last weekend when they lost 1-0 at relegation rivals Real Zaragoza.
That defeat cut the gap between 18th-placed Zaragoza and Granada in 17th to five points but, with only five games to go, Siqueira knows his side still have their destiny in their own hands irrespective of what happens elsewhere.
"If Zaragoza lose (to Mallorca), then so much the better for us but we aren't thinking about them. Anybody in Granada would have taken at the start of the season to be five points clear of the relegation zone heading into this final stretch," said the highly-rated Brazilian, who feels the three teams below them will be feeling the heat more than his side are.
"The pressure is on Zaragoza, Sporting (Gijon) and Racing (Santander). Now is when we have to be motivated and focused. The dressing room is very united and this is very important to get these final victories to stay up."
Looking ahead to Sunday's visit of Getafe, Siqueira added in AS: "We will go out to win. I don't remember any game at home where we've been inferior to our opponents, not even when we've lost by a clear scoreline.
"It's a key game for us and we're aware of what we are playing for."
Getafe make the trip to Andalusia on the back of some mixed recent results.
They made it four successive home wins with an impressive 5-1 mauling of Sevilla on Monday night, but their away form has not been so good.
Luis Garcia's men have picked just five points from a possible 18, while in their last two matches on the road Getafe have lost 3-0 at Atletico Madrid and 4-0 at Barcelona .
Despite that, the capital club are right in the middle of the fight for the European spots, lying in 11th place on 45 points, one behind the top six.
Midfielder Diego Castro said of his side's bid to get into Europe: "It's too soon to get the calculator out. We are taking it game by game and I hope we are still in with a chance right up until the end."
