Reja: Klose's season may be over

Lazio trainer Edy Reja fears that experienced striker Miroslav Klose could be unavailable for the remainder of the season due to a thigh problem.

The Germany international sustained the injury during a training session about three weeks, and Klose has since been working on his recovery.

The 33-year-old recently stressed that he is confident of being match fit in time for Euro 2012, but Reja believes that he could already have played his last game of the Serie A campaign.

"There is a chance that Klose's season is already over. I still hope that he will be back for the past two games or so, but it is by no means a certainty that he'll return this campaign," Reja stated to Corriere dello Sport.

Klose joined Lazio from Bayern Munich in the summer of 2011, and has since featured in 26 Serie A games.
