MAT'S GOTTA HURT ... Matias Suarez has been told not to join Liverpool
LIVERPOOL flop Milan Jovanovic has urged Anderlecht team-mate Matias Suarez not to make the same mistake as him by moving to Anfield.
Argentina striker Suarez is a £20million Kop target.
But Serb Jovanovic, who spent a dismal 2010-11 campaign with Liverpool, has warned his 23-year-old team-mate he will be miserable on Merseyside.
Jovanovic, 28, said: “I shed lots of tears in England. I felt unhappy every day over there.
“London is a nice place to live but everywhere else is depressing. I have advised Suarez not to move to Liverpool.
“They’ll throw a lot of money at him but he should opt for Italy.”
