Leaders Cowdenbeath will have defender David Cowan back in their squad for the clash with closest challengers Arbroath.
Cowan returns to contention following a hamstring injury as Cowdenbeath look to move to within one more win of the Second Division title.
Manager Colin Cameron said: "We're in a very good position squad-wise as we have everyone available and I'll have to disappoint some players.
"This is a big game and players want to play in big games, but I can't pick them all.
"Nothing will be decided if we win this game, but we will have put ourselves in a very good position.
"Both Arbroath and ourselves lost last weekend, which was quite unusual, but I have seen my guys bounce back before and I'm sure they will again."
Arbroath will be without suspended midfielder Keith Gibson as they look to keep their own hopes of securing the title alive.
Defender Chris Innes could return from injury after missing out last weekend, but striker Jordan Elfverson remains sidelined due to a back problem.
Manager Paul Sheerin said: "We have to go to Cowdenbeath and win, but we cannot go out and not show caution.
"It's great that we still have a chance of the title after our last couple of results, but this really is our last opportunity.
"Fortunately we have a few match-winners in our ranks in Liam Caddis, Josh Falkingham, Colin Samuel, Steven Doris and Gavin Swankie and hopefully they can get us the win."
