AC Milan have agreed a deal with Genoa which will see the Italian champions take sole ownership of Stephan El Shaarawy, according to the player's agent.
The Rossoneri secured a 50 per cent stake in the forward last summer for a fee of €10 million (£8.3m).
According to El Shaarawy's representative, Roberto La Florio, Milan have now decided to hand over the reported €15m (£12.4m) required to acquire Genoa's share of the teenager's ownership rights.
"Stephan will be all Milan's," the agent told TuttoMercatoWeb.com. "The clubs are in agreement.
"All that's missing is the official confirmation, which will arrive before the deadline. Stephan is very happy with this situation."
El Shaarawy, who has been capped at Under-21 level by Italy, is hoping to play a part in the Champions League quarter-final second-leg clash with Barcelona on Tuesday, but is considered a doubt for the game at Camp Nou with a tendon problem.
