Roma coach Luis Enrique does not expect AC Milan to be distracted by their Champions League game with Barcelona when the two sides meet in Serie A.

The Rossoneri host Barcelona in the first-leg quarter-final on Wednesday.

Despite the obvious attraction of next week's clash, former Barcelona star Luis Enrique believes Milan's only focus right now is on the domestic front.

"I really don't think we will have an advantage at the San Siro," he said. "Milan is a top team and they will not be distracted.

"We are in the most crucial stage of the season and Milan are aware that every game is important."

Milan are four points clear of Juventus at the top of the standings with 10 games remaining.

The Rossoneri will look to bounce back from their midweek Coppa Italia exit at the hands of Juventus by picking up maximum points against Roma.

Milan managed a 2-2 draw in extra time in Turin on Tuesday but the result saw Juventus progress to the final 4-3 on aggregate.

Massimiliano Allegri's men are riding a three-match winning run in the league and have lost just once at the San Siro this season.

"We will need to play an almost perfect game if we are to have a chance to beat them," Luis Enrique said. "Milan can win against any side and they have shown great consistency so far."

Roma have received a boost ahead of their trip to Milan with the news captain Francesco Totti is fit to play.

Totti has recovered from a muscular injury that saw him miss Monday's 1-0 triumph over Genoa.

That result was Roma's second straight win and lifted the Giallorossi to sixth place, four points behind city rivals Lazio, who are third and occupy the last Champions League qualifying spot.

The hosts will be without suspended defender Luca Antonini but welcome back defender Alessandro Nesta and midfielders Mark van Bommel and Kevin-Prince Boateng, all recovered from injury.
