Agent: Rossi would consider Inter move

The agent of Villarreal striker Giuseppe Rossi has revealed his client would be open to joining Serie A giants Inter Milan.
The 25-year-old was previously linked to Inter, as well as Juventus, last summer but a move failed to materialise and Rossi stayed on at El Madrigal.
However, Villarreal's poor form has seen the Italy international constantly linked with a return to Italy and his agent Federico Pastorello admits Rossi would consider a move to Inter, even if they do not qualify for the Champions League next season.
"Giuseppe has never hidden the fact that he dreams of playing for a top club," Pastorello said, according to Sky Sport.
"We consider Inter to be a top, top club, but he would like to play in the Champions League. However, that doesn't necessarily mean he would turn down Inter even if they don't qualify."
Rossi has been hampered by injuries this season and his agent insists the player is strictly focused on returning to action with Villarreal, before he considers offers from elsewhere.
"It has unfortunately been a negative season for Giuseppe so far due to the knee injury," Pastorello added.
"At the moment, he is solely focusing on recovering, and he might still play some Liga games this term."
Before he picked up this injury, Rossi had looked set to play a key part for Italy at this summer's European Championship in Poland and Ukraine, but his spot in Cesare Prandelli's 23-man squad is now severely in doubt.
