Morton will hand new signing Alan Combe his home debut against Dundee as regular goalkeeper Colin Stewart is struggling with a broken toe.

Veteran Combe made his first appearance in Tuesday night's fighting 2-2 draw at leaders Ross County.

The Greenock club will be without Stuart McCaffrey due to a heel injury.

Paul Di Giacomo is a doubt with a back problem and Derek Young is likely to be missing with a foot injury.

Former Partick Thistle midfielder Iain Flannigan in line to play for a second time as a trialist.

Manager Allan Moore said: "We showed a great spirit in midweek to come from two down at Dingwall. I really want us to show that spirit at home as we need to play better there."

Dundee striker Jake Hyde will make his delayed comeback from injury.

Hyde was due back on Tuesday but the Dark Blues' match with Ayr was postponed due to floodlight failure.

Nicky Riley is out with a back injury and Steven Milne is still struggling with a knock picked up at Livingston a fortnight ago.

Manager Barry Smith said: "We had a good result down at Cappielow earlier in the season when we won 2-1. A repeat of that scoreline and performance would be a good days work.

"We have not written anything off in the league but if we do not win our games it does not matter what happens elsewhere."
