Dundee vs Ayr preview - Fotheringham in Dundee contention

Dundee include new signing Mark Fotheringham in their squad to face Ayr after the midfielder signed for the club a second time last week.
Kevin McBride is also included after agreeing a deal following a two-game trial spell, but their attacking threat could be blunted with Nicky Riley and Steven Milne both injury doubts.
The Dens Park side can go second top with a win, although manager Barry Smith is not taking anything for granted against the Honest Men.
"Ayr have done really well in both Cups and they have also put together a good run in the league," he said.
"After a run of draws we got back to winning ways against Livingston in our last game. I want us to build on that.
Ayr midfielder Andy Geggan looks set to miss out on his side's trip after picking up a leg knock against Hibs in the Scottish Cup at the weekend.
The Honest Men, who play their fourth game in 10 days, are already under-strength as Martyn Campbell, John Robertson, Alan Trouten and Sean Higgins are all expected to miss out again.
Manager Brian Reid said: "We need to put our Scottish Cup disappointment as well as a few bumps and bruises behind us and get going again in search of valuable league points.
"We will travel to Dundee low in number but big in heart as we have hit a decent run of form with three wins in our last four league games."
