Falkirk defender Thomas Scobie is a doubt for the home contest with Partick Thistle due to the leg knock he picked up in last Saturday's 1-0 defeat from Ayr.

Everyone else is available with technical director Alex Smith looking for the players to bounce back and keep the pressure on leaders Ross County, despite the Dingwall men opening up a nine-point lead.

Smith said: "The Ayr game was our first defeat in 12 games and it was disappointing to lose a goal from a set-piece.

"Our home form has been good and it is important to keep that up by winning against Thistle.

"We really want a good result as we head to Ross County next Saturday and we want to be doing that on a high."

Partick welcome back captain Alan Archibald from injury as go looking for their first away victory in three months.

Paul Paton also returns from a two-game ban and Kris Doolan is available after missing out in the midweek 3-0 defeat to Ross County due to a knock.

However, on-loan Rangers youngster Darren Cole remains out.

Jags boss Jackie McNamara is hoping that it will be third time lucky against Falkirk this season.

"We have had two really good games against them this season but only have a point to show for it," he said. "We played well when we beat Hamilton last Saturday but were disappointing in midweek.

"If we play like we can then we may just get that win over Falkirk."
