Kaka blow for Chelsea and Man City

Kaka has reiterated his desire to remain at Real Madrid despite continued speculation over his future.
The Brazilian maestro moved to the Spanish capital for a staggering £56m in 2009 but his spell at Madrid has been disrupted by injury.
He managed just five La Liga appearances in his first season and has just 40 in three seasons overall at the club.
Mesut Ozil has been preferred to Kaka at times but the former FIFA World Player of the Year has enjoyed a better season this time around.
Kaka is playing regularly for Madrid this season and has scored six goals in 26 appearances overall, although links with a move away from the nine-time European Cup winners continues to surface.
Chelsea were keen to sign the 29-year-old back in the summer while Manchester City have a long-standing interest.
Then chief executive Garry Cook claimed back in the January transfer window three years ago that
AC Milan 'bottled in' when City offered them a world record £100m for Kaka.
City eventually lost out to Madrid but remain interested in the Brazil international - although Kaka is adamant he does not want to go anywhere.
"At the end of the season? I want to stay here," he told AS. "I am very sure of that. I am going stay because I want to succeed here.
"Mourinho trusts me here."
