Barcelona, Boca collaborate to find young talent

Officials of Barcelona and Argentine club Boca Juniors say they have reached an agreement to work together to develop young football talent.

The Spanish club said Monday it would be providing coaching expertise from its “La Candela” coaching project, and in exchange will have the first priority in signing players from the famous Argentine club.

Barcelona will also maintain the rights to 300 players in Argentina that have been coached by the Spanish club and are now playing at various clubs in the South American country.
