Lampard pays ‘Boycie’ councillor to help him net £3m profit

David Archer aka Fools 'n' Horses 'Boycie' (inset) ... helped with paperwork
Boycie, director of a firm called A & R Properties, was hired as a consultant. He signed some of the planning forms on Lampard's behalf. But he is also VICE-CHAIRMAN of the council planning committee that waved the controversial scheme through in the face of widespread opposition from the National Trust and locals.
There is no suggestion that Lampard or Archer broke the law or any planning rules or that the decision was improperly reached.
And a Sun investigation confirms Archer and his fellow councillors followed all procedures to the letter in declaring an interest.
