Fiorentina vs Cesena preview - Rossi in Viola rallying call

Fiorentina coach Delio Rossi has urged his players to give their all in Sunday's game against bottom side Cesena as they look to halt their slide down the Serie A table.
The Tuscan outfit has endured a disappointing spell. Defeats to Napoli, Bologna and last weekend's 1-0 loss at Lazio has seen the Viola plummet to 15th place, just four points clear of the drop zone.
"My players need to take a good look at the standings," Rossi said. "We need to be more ruthless in front of goal if we want to avoid a nervous end to the campaign.
"Considering the opportunities we create in attack, we score few goals and this has to change.
"I expect my players to step up their game and beat Cesena on Sunday."
Fiorentina have struggled in every department, conceding six goals in their last three league encounters while failing to find the back of the net in as many games.
Rossi will be without midfielder Ruben Olivera, who serves a one-match ban, but welcomes back defenders Mattia Cassani and Alessandro Gamberini from suspension.
Opponents Cesena have not won since January 15 and sit at the foot of the standings, 10 points adrift of safety.
Last weekend's 1-0 loss at Chievo was their 16th reverse of the campaign.
That was Mario Beretta's first in charge since replacing sacked Daniele Arrigoni.
"It's not easy when you lose so many games to lift the morale of the team," Beretta said.
"There were positives from our performance against Chievo and I don't think the result reflected what my players did on the pitch.
"We must continue to work hard and try to avoid making certain mistakes."
Cesena, who have the weakest strike force in the league with 16 goals, will be desperate to avoid a fourth consecutive defeat at Lecce, who have the leakiest defence in the league having conceded 26 goals.
