I have a say

Forfar are again without the on-loan Aberdeen duo Joe Shaughnessy and Nicky Low as they look to pull themselves towards mid-table by seeing off visitors East Fife.

The Loons have other injury concerns with Jamie Bishop, Barry Sellars and Ross Campbell all ruled out and Martyn Fotheringham struggling.

Manager Dick Campbell has targeted a win to help turn their season from a relegation fight to an assault on a play-off place.

He said: "Win this one and we are looking up, lose it and we will continue looking down.

"East Fife have beaten us twice this season and scored four goals on both occasions so we know it will be tough. If we can play like we can we will give them a real run for their money."

East Fife are again with Scott Durie and Paul McQuade through injury as they look to build on Saturday's 2-0 success over Airdrie United.

The Fifers have beaten the Station Park side 4-3 and 4-0 in an up-and-down season and manager John Robertson is hoping that his men can now show they can deliver victories on a consistent basis after beating the Diamonds.

"We need to get some momentum going behind us if we are to make the play-offs and winning two games in a row is a great way to start that momentum going," he said.

"We have done really well against Forfar in our two home games and we now need to do that at their place."
