Lecce vs Siena preview - Cosmi knows Siena clash is crucial

Lecce coach Serse Cosmi insists his team is well aware of the importance of Sunday's match against Siena at the Via del Mare stadium.
With just two wins from their last 13 games, Lecce lie third from bottom in Serie A, four points from safety.
Last weekend's goalless draw at Atalanta was of some comfort to Cosmi, whose side kept a clean sheet for the second straight game, and victory over Siena could set Lecce on the path to safety.
"There is no doubt in our minds that the game against Siena is extremely important for us," Cosmi said. "It's key to our destiny.
"We need to give everything we have and hope to return to winning ways as soon as possible."
Cosmi has urged the Lecce fans to get behind the team.
"We need their support at this crucial stage of the season," he said. "We hope that on Sunday they will give us a helping hand because Siena are a tough team and they have few weaknesses."
Rivals Siena have yet to win on the road this season and have mustered five points away from home so far.
Siena climbed two places and five points clear of Lecce with a 1-0 triumph over Roma on Monday and safety is very much in their own hands but coach Giuseppe Sannino wants his team to start picking up points away from Tuscany.
"We are going to Lecce for the win," Sannino said.
"The performance by my team against Roma left me very confident about the future.
"We want to defend our Serie A status as soon as possible."
