Carlos Tevez: Has returned to England but is expected to leave Manchester City in the summer
Adriano Galliani has refused to be drawn on renewed speculation linking AC Milan with a summer swoop for Carlos Tevez.
The reigning Serie A champions were among those to attempt to put a deal in place for the Manchester City striker during the winter transfer window, only to see their efforts come to nothing.
City were keen to do business, with Tevez having incurred the wrath of the Premier League leaders by heading home to Argentina against the club's wishes.
They were reluctant to sanction a loan deal, though, and the 28-year-old's future remained up in the air.
Tuesday brought a fresh twist in the saga, as Tevez returned to England, but it is expected that he will be on the move in the summer.
Milan continue to head the list of potential suitors, but Galliani says it is too early to discuss any business the club may or may not carry out in the future.
"We aren't thinking about the market at the moment," Milan's vice-president told Sky Sport Italia.
"We'll begin to do so in June."
Europe
For now, Milan's focus is locked on the first leg of their last-16 showdown with Arsenal in the UEFA Champions League.
The Gunners will arrive in Italy on Wednesday for what could be a pivotal contest for both sides.
"It's very important to win," said Galliani.
"We have not progressed past the first knockout round in the Champions League for four seasons.
"We want to go as far possible in Europe this season."
