Barcelona’s Pedro to return from injury vs. Malaga

BARCELONA, Spain (AP)—Barcelona says forward Pedro Rodriguez has recovered more quickly than expected from a left leg injury and is fit to play at Malaga on Sunday.

Pedro had missed the Spanish champions’ last two matches, including a 2-1 win at Real Madrid in midweek, the first leg of their Copa del Rey quarterfinal.

The Spain international has scored six goals in 19 appearances in all competitions during a season marked by minor injuries.
