Arsenal consider moving in for Kaka

It is being reported that Arsenal are looking to make a move for Real Madrid midfielder Ricardo Kaka, in hopes of stabilizing their midfield.

Over the course of the last season, Arsenal have had their fair share of problems on the pitch. The team has had some lows and then managed to overcome them. However, they seem to be falling back into a poor run of form and it seems like Arsene Wenger is looking remedy the situation sooner rather than later.

In Mikel Arteta’s absence from the Gunners squad against Swansea, it seemed like the team just couldn’t retain possession, or keep a hold of the ball.

However, Wenger seems to have taken note of this situation and is looking to invest in an immediate solution.

The manager is looking to invest in Real Madrid midfielder and Brazilian international, Ricardo Kaka, as he hopes for the team to have experience in the middle of the park.

Kaka has been linked with moves to a number of teams in recent weeks, but should a team like Arsenal make a move for the player, he is more than likely to jump at the opportunity to make the switch.

Not only would he get more playing time at the Emirates, but he could see himself be tested in a completely different league. Should the player manage to prove his worth for the Gunners, he could also reclaim a starting role in the Brazil squad.

All in all, this move could help both Kaka and Arsenal, should it go through.

At the moment, the only problem in the way, is Madrid’s asking price for the player. The team is looking to get a fee in the region of twenty million pounds, which is a fee that Arsenal are not willing to pay.

The Gunners are more than likely to test their luck with a bid of around fifteen millions pounds and hope to see how that works out for them.

Given the fact that Kaka is nearing the thirty year mark, he should try and push for the move to go through, or he could end up playing at Madrid, or potentially some other less reputed club in the future.
