Vargas begins stint at Napoli

Eduardo Vargas had his first training session with Napoli on Friday, a day after his arrival from Chile to Italy, the website of the Naples club reported.
Napoli reportedly are to pay Chilean club Universidad de Chile 11.6 million euros (14.8 million dollars) after a loan period expiring at the end of the season.
The 22-year-old international is unlikely to debut in the Serie A Sunday, when Napoli visit Palermo as the league resumes after a two-week break.
Napoli hired the fast forward as they look to improve their sixth place in the Serie A and hope to advance from the final-16 of the Champions League as they tackle giants Chelsea in February and March.
