Barcelona stars Cesc Fabregas and Gerard Pique were both happy with the Champions League draw that pits the defending champions against Bayer Leverkusen.
Both Fabregas and Pique had very different reasons for being happy with the tie against Leverkusen.
Fabregas acknowledged that the German side will not be the easiest of opponents, but was relieved to have avoided pan-European trip against Zenit St Petersburg of CSKA Moscow.
He said on Twitter: "Well, we have to travel to Germany. Bayer 04 Leverkusen, German teams are always very strong. We have avoided the Russians. Good,"
On the other hand, his younger teammate Gerard Pique is relishing the atmosphere that German clubs have.
Pique tweeted: "We have drawn Bayer Leverkusen! Not bad! I've always wanted to play in a German stadium. There will be a great atmosphere for football"
Barcelona are clear favourites to go through. The first leg will be played on 14th February at the BayArena.
